Consumer Finance Advisor, Inc. (CFA) is seeking a seasoned Director of Strategic Accounts to join its growing Home Loans sales team. The Director of Strategic Accounts core responsibility is to deliver a dedicated sales effort which obtains and grows targeted institutional and direct lending financial institutions.

The Director of Strategic Accounts has a twofold mandate of generating incremental revenues and optimizing key metrics for the company by selling to new accounts through the use of targeted prospect lists and up-selling to regionally assigned high value accounts currently held in CFA's portfolio.

This individual will be working on-site at our headquarters in Wakefield with 50% expected travel to client sites nationwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and adhere to a sales plan of acquiring targeted national accounts in an assigned territory.
  • Initiate aggressive professional networking to foster C-level relationships and obtain new client referrals.
  • Effectively manage list of prospects provided by company in order to obtain large financial institutions as new CFA partners
  • Closely monitor industry trends, developments and competitors to create individual prospect target list for new business acquisition.
  • Maintain regular reporting communication with CEO.
  • Analyze and resolve diverse, complex and technical issues via an in-depth knowledge of company's products, services, industry and technical interfaces.
  • Leverage client portfolio internally through presentations and organize activities and resources between cross-functional teams, including sales, product, technical, finance, customer service and executive management.
  • Submit a weekly pipeline report detailing progress within predefined metrics.
  • Serve as team lead or participant in ancillary Sales Team projects as assigned.
  • Track and record all client and prospect interaction within sales management reporting system.
  • Attend industry tradeshows to represent CFA.
  • 50% nationwide travel

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA / BS degree
  • Minimum 5 years in major account sales
  • Experience calling on and managing high level relationships with C-level executives
  • Highly skilled at strategic and consultative business to business sales and metrics driven sales
  • Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills

SUMMARY

Consumer Finance Advisor, Inc. (CFA) is seeking an Inside Sales Executive. This position is responsible for new account acquisition, as well as servicing/retaining existing clients. As an Inside Sales Executive on the CFA team, you will be responsible for driving revenue through sales with a diverse group of lead buyers - from independent Mortgage Brokers to mid-sized regional direct mortgage lenders. To be successful in this fast-paced dynamic role, you will need exceptional networking/people skills that allow you to be comfortable and effective at prospecting clients through inbound and outbound efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieving the sales goals and objectives of the company.
  • Effectively communicating the LowLender.com product, (its features and pricing) to prospective and existing clients.

  • Take inbound calls, as well as making outbound prospecting calls.

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years minimum telephone sales experience.
  • Background in mortgage lending or online lead generation fields is a plus!
